Tulsa: A Sanctuary For Prostitutes

- Tulsa County's DA, Steve Kunzweiler told the citizen's men; 
"If you pay for sex, and victimize women, we're coming after you."
His sting operation then refused to arrest the women who offered sexual acts to the public. He also provided counseling to them. But announced a full blown effort to expose any man who accepted the advances of these women.
