In mid summer of 2020, Tesla Auto became the first large scale manufacturer to announce their migration from the west coast to the south central US, for better economic conditions for doing business. But the concept has been in place for at least a decade, because of the choking effect of socialist states on the very job-creating industries which welfare state rely upon. The same impact is happening in 'rust belt states and the northeast, which also imposed socialist tax schemes on the job-creating industries.
