Sen. Paxton filed a bill to reverse many of the patient protections in SQ788 (The Medical Marijuana Law). Nothing in SB1030 provides any additional help to the veterans with PTSD, or the cancer patients getting chemotherapy treatment. Both would face added struggles due to Sen. Lonnie Paxton's new statutory punishments.
