The Bicameral Interim Study group led by Jon Echols & Greg McCortney, will meet this Wednesday to approve a set of recommendations to the full legislative body. It will serve as the basis for fundamental statutes to fill in where the temporary emergency rules have served. those temporary rules are set to expire by the end of the summer, but this proposal will supercede the rules immediately upon being signed into law.
