With the Oklahoma courts asked to through out a statute which finally restores essential civil rights, we look at the technical strategy the leftist plaintiff is using, to declare that the recent legislation violates a 'single subject' requirement on legislation. This rule was put into effect to prevent 'logrolling', where unrelated matters are combined into one legislative bill.
Then we talk about the allowed exceptions and how agencies play tricks to avoid ever really letting the legislature fix problems.
