- Civil Liberties dvocate, Tim Harper, has been singled out by David Prater for an obscure & victimless regulatory infraction.
As a result, Harper went to jail for a week and his $100,000 bail was only reduced if he gave up his 1st, 2nd, & 8th Amendment rights. He needs our encouragement & help.
