Representatives Echols & Dunnington have authored a bipartisan reform on drug war policy regarding misdemeanor possession of small amounts of controlled substances or even legal medications. The reforms will allow inmates who've been incarcerated for multiple years, a commuted sentence in line with current statutory penalties.
