Yellow Ribbons Fly For Nation's Largest Commutation


In this installment of 3D Politics Live..

- Three years ago, the voters of Oklahoma overwhelmingly struck down several nonviolent felony statutes and adjusted them to the status of misdemeanor, and a cap of 12 months of local incarceration.  the legislature & governor went further to remove the current prison population who'd already served far more time than the statutes currently allow.
